Customers may receive a full refund for lessons canceled or
postponeed if they notify us of their intent to cancel or postpone a scheduled
lesson at least 5 business days prior to the date and time of the first lesson.
Failure to notify us of the intent to cancel or postpone a
scheduled lesson at least 5 business days prior to the date and time of that
scheduled lesson will result in a cancelation fee of $90.
Failure to notify us of the intent to cancel or postpone a
scheduled lesson prior to the business day before the date of that scheduled
lesson will result in that lesson being forfeited by the customer with no
refund.
